Stephanie Rockwell, Rockwell Global Media She designed two websites for me. She was also supposed to hook them so search engines would find them. She didn't do this. I told her almost every week I had no traffic, but she did nothing. Nor did she ever tell me West Palm Beach Florida
Stephanie Rockwell of Rockwell Global Media was hired and paid in full to design and market two websites for me. I've had the same URL's since 1994, and was usually ranked high on Google for both. The websites are: songmd.com and anythingwithwords.com
Our agreement was that when the design was finished, Rockwell would do all the backend work to make sure they were functioning properly so the search engines could find them. And using keywords discussed in detail, Rockwell was supposed to help market the new sites.
After the sites were designed, athough I told her almost daily at first, and then weekly, that I wasn't getting any new business, she did nothing. Nor did she ever tell me I had to hire a different SEO company and pay them again for the work she didn't do.
After a heated discussion in 11/5/18, during which she denied any wrongdoing in spite of the hard, cold facts, when I told her she was fired as administrator of both sites, she became a viscious, rabid creature. Not only did she lock me and my new IT/SEO person out of my sites on Squarespace, but she refused to give us access, creating the need for me to pay a lawyer to go after her and her total lack of character.
To date, we still don't have access to either site on Squarespace, and discovered she had the gall to claim herself to be owner of the sites.
I've had many sites designed in the past by very creative, technical people. But my Rockwell-designed websites were taking forever. I couldn't imagine what the delay was. Rockwell failed to disclose until she was well into the second website's design, that she is suffereing from a severe case of Multiple Sclerosis, and has to take off a week a month to fly across the country for treatment, which is similar to chemotherapy for cancer patients.
I feel she has been fraudulent in this case, and my attorney and I are absolutely certain she has stolen both of my sites from me.
Denying access is unconsciionable.
Never hire Rockwell Global Media or Stephanie Rockwell herself, to do anything, even if it's only to clean your toilets.
