Sterling Optical Lynbrook, NY Nasty sales people and inferior service Lynbrook New York
Tried to buy sunglasses from them. Firstly , the tint was wrong. Second, the glasses were ill-fitting and distorted. I was told by them, it was all in my head! I have been wearing glasses for distance for years and have NEVER been treated in this manner by any optician I have ever used. The RX was corect but I felt like I was looking down hill when wearing them.
They implied I was at fault and have so far refused to refund my money. I will not have them re-do,thei attitude is one of sheer arrogance and they seem to get pleasure from insulting patrons. Stay away and buy glasses elsewhere!
