Be careful hiring Steve Cuff and his company Steven Cuff Construction. Classic Bait and Switch. He will take a sizable down payment up front and make promises to start your project within a few weeks. Several months later no work, no communication. Extremely unprofessional and unethical. He insists doing work without local government permits. Says this will slow your project down waiting on inspectors. Do not fall for this tactic. What you will have is a mess of construction that is unsafe to live in and none of his work will pass inspections. To this day I haven’t received any of my monies back. This guy is Robbing Peter to Pay Paul. Beware and Do Not Hire This Guy!
