Stillman tenents from hell deadbeats vandals theft of rent by deception Rockford Illinois
Ken and Mary Stillman are deadbeats they have had 8 judgements for forcible entry and detainer against them (evictions). They delibertly cheat, honest, tax paying landlords out of rent, Also both are pathological liars. They use the fact that they look retarded to gain your trust, so then they can cheat you.
Discription of them as follows: Mary Stillman nasty dirty black unbrushed hair, sunken eyes, looks retarded and or mentaly ill.
Ken Stillman 6' 180 pounds bushy hair looks like a dip-s**t and blinks 100 times per minute.
They told me a phony story about taking the cat to the vet, but could'nt produce a vet bill (as an excuse for paying only half the rent) I told them that was Bullshit I want my money or I'm taking you to court. After I found out the past history of landlord abuse, I confronted them and filed for forcible eviction.
Being clearly in the wrong they lied in court. Then they dumped used cat litter on the roof. killed all of the landscape around an ornamental pond by cutting a screen and dumping used cat litter all along the pond. To and insult to injury if this wasn't bad enough Ken and Mary Stillman used the closet in the apartment to dump more used cat litter, and to lock the cats inside as a pen (they only were suppose to have 1 cat, but lied and had more.) The carpet was brand new it was ruined I had to cut it out. The whole apartment smelled like hell and they left rotton food and eggs in the refridgerator.
The police would do nothing about it most(but not all) police around here suck! maybe thats the next report.
Do not ever rent to them you'll be sorry, if you find out after the fact get rid of them ASAP.
