I am writing from Australia, Sydney.
This year in May I got ripped off. Now Storesonline is coming back to Australia. So, Aussies, if you are reading this please do think again and again.
The product (store builder) has many bugs and is not something that will program web in a search engine friendly manner. Long time to program the site by the employees has been reported in this website. The help staff is of very low quality, very very low IQ that will waste your time. I have never spent less than 0.5 hour with them chatting, trying them to understand a simple thing. I can provide lots of chat transcripts to support my statement.
Any small change or bug in the builder is referred to 'Change team' who charges you a fee to do the same thing manually (not via builder).
In USA, the company offers 3 days of cooling off period, but in Australia all sale is final. Fair Trading dept can't do anythig as this co is not registered in Australia.
The speakers that they got (who said again and again - that they are not storesonline people) did not respond to my questions too. They are deeply into this mess (money making business).
The invitation to seminar has a note from Brendon Lewis, president, "Call me direct to discuss..." - you will get recorded message only!! The service and support desk make sure that you do not get to the management!! Management is fully protected. After last May tour, Storesonline reported to NYSE (/Nasdaq) that they made something like 2 million from Aust tour.
The money that they ask (AUD 5400) is not final money. You spend a lot more after it. I would say, money could be well spent in programming one website professionaly. The money is for 6 web site - heavily sold - but if your one web site is working then it will be a great achievement.
Any Aussie thinking about it - can write to me. I can discuss all that individually. I will feel good if I will save time and money of an individual! BUY NOW, BUY NOW is not a acceptable tactics by Fair Trading Dept - but they are helpless because Storesonline does not a office in Aust.

Devendra, thank you for the warning about SOL unfortunately we found ripoffreport.com too late and were conned at the seminar on 30 Nov 2004 in Brisbane. SOL now have an office on the gold coast we can supply you with his name and ph no if you would like to email us, unfortunately we do not have an address. IF THERE IS ANYTHING YOU CAN THINK OF TO RECOUP THE MONEY MY HUSBAND AND I LOST..SAME AMOUNT AS YOU, AND HELP YOU GET YOURS BACK...LET US KNOW..WE HAD THE SEMINAR EARLIER THIS YEAR...I WAS WARY WHEN THE REAL PUSH CAME AND MY HUSBAND AND HIS BUSINESS PARTNER WERE THERE AS WELL..HIS BUSINESS PARTNER WANTED TO SPLIT THE RATE AND TAKE 3 WEBSITES AND WE TOOK 3 WEBSITES...MY HUSBAND WAS NOT IN FAVOR OF IT UNTIL THE VERY FINAL SEMINAR...AND THEN HE DECIDED..YES, THIS SOUNDED GOOD...THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING TO HELP US, JUST SPEND OUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND ANYONE OUT THERE WHO CAN SUGGEST HOW WE CAN DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS ORGANIZATION AND NOT ONLY STOP OTHER PEOPLE FROM GETTING RIPPED OFF, BUT TO GET OUR MONEY BACK AND PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS...SINCERELY,
