Now I get an email from them trying to bill me for $45 for billing questions when I couldn't connect. I called thier tech support number 3 times to find out why I couldn't connect and I dailed the direct numbers they provided to call for the problem. This is rediculous! I hope no one has to go through the hassle's I've had these last 3 months. These guys are snakes.
