I purchased a shirt from this seller on ebay as a Christmas gift. I used the Buy It Now and payed immediately using Paypal Instant Pay. The buyer came back and said it would take 3-5 days for my payment to clear and they would ship after that. Thinking they didn't understand Paypal instant pay, I informed them that I sent an instant payment therefore the money was in their account right then and they could safely ship as soon as that very day. They came back and said I was demanding they ship the shirt to me before payment cleared their checking account and that it was wrong of me to demand such a thing since Paypal is not secure and had stolen $4000 from them. Finally understanding they were transferring payment to their personal checking, which can take a few days, I said just ship as soon as possible as I intended this as a Christmas gift and hoped it would get to me in time. This excalated to them making threats and harassing me about how stupid I was and that I should not use paypal since I did not understand how it works. Whatever

The next thing I know they have refunded my payment and demand I refuse the shirt when it arrives. I politely told them I didn't ask for a refund, that I still want the shirt, and if/when it arrived safely I would once again pay them. They twisted this to mean that I had no intention of paying and every intention of keeping the shirt and that this was fraud.

They filed a paypal dispute against me, as though they were the buyer and I was the seller. What??? I didn't understand. Anyway, it said that I refused to send them a refund and that I also would not ship their item to them. This action put a hold on the account until I refunded the payment. Since I haven't sold much on ebay lately, my paypal account was nearly empty and this refund had to come from my checking account, taking a few days. They kept emailing me demanding payment which I tried to explain was in cyberspace transition somewhere. They of course said I was lying and defrauding them. So they threatened to file a police report and demanded my lawyer contact info so they could take me to small claims court. Over a total of $15.00!!! I told them there was no way I was going to hire a lawyer for such a ridiculous case and they claim that I'm all talk and afraid to do anything more because I already know I'm defrauding them. Oh my God.

So they now claim they've filed a police report, are taking me to small claims court, all while Paypal has closed their stupid claim and all monies have been placed in the proper accounts. He has his money, I have the shirt. That should be the end of it. But they are still sending harassing emails and threats along with it.

I've saved each and every email sent to/from them, in case this should go to, yeah right, small claims court. At least I will be able to properly defend myself. Admittedly I did go back and reread all emails I sent them to make sure I hadn't sounded rude or demanding etc. Nope, I was positively polite through the first 56 emails. I did then get a bit nasty, but never once threatened or demanded things of them as they claim. After investigating them further, I feel much more confident that I am not in the wrong here. These people twist and turn things so you are the bad guy. They stretch the truth, demand, harass and threaten their customers to satisfy themselves.

I tried to contact ebay to find out why this person is still selling. They clearly should have been NARU'd a long time ago, but when trying to report a seller, the only options are reports against the item transaction, not the seller themselves. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS SELLER. Hopefully this will be the end of it, but somehow I am afraid it isn't. Will update any new info as it comes available.
