Stylewe This company makes it impossible to get a refund for returned items Guangzhou Guangdong
Purchased three items for a November wedding, This was after seeing Stylewe ads for months. One dress was good, the other I didn't need and the shoes were too small Only after I contacted the company about returning two items did I learn that their return center is in CHINA! At first, they kept offering me deals to keep the things I didn't want. I thought that was very strange. Then, they kept sending me messages about specific packing rules, and shipping rules. I followed all of them to the letter, and still had to ask for the return address several times. Now, today is December 27th and the package is unaccounted for, and this company, which I just learned also goes by Fashion Now, still owes me $133. How are they allowed to operate in the US with so many complaints against them? By the way, don't be fooled by the California address-- it's a front for where they're really based in Guangdong, China.
