You are the only one who has been writing so much wrong information about our company only because you are hating on us, and not because you were ripped off!!!

We have in writing from you both initialed and signed service agreement accepting all the terms and conditions.

WE ARE A PLACEMENT CENTER AND NOT A RENTAL AGENCY PERIOD!!! YES, WE HAVE RELATIONSHIPS WITH OWNERS AND LANDLORDS, BUT REMEMBER THERE ARE SO MANY UNITS AVAILABLE TO RENT. NOT ALL LANDLORDS ARE WILLING TO WORK WITH EVERYONE. MOST OF ALL AS A PLACEMENT CENTER, WE ARE NOT REQUIRED TO HAVE RELATIONSHIPS WITH ALL THE UNITS WE PROVIDE OUR CLIENTS AS LEADS. WE ARE HERE TO ASSIST, HANDLE, AND TAKE OVER AFTER VIEWING BY OUR CLIENTS THE UNITS THEY DESIRE TO THE TIME THEY SIGN THEIR LEASE...

We want everyone to read everywhere what Mr. Hawkins has expressed even though he has ABSOLUTELY NO POINT ON HIS NOT WELL THOUGHT THRU ALLEGATIONS TOWARDS OUR COMPANY!!!

SIR, you had to simply follow the service agreement and do the needy instead of posting all these reviews. WE love what we do and we are doing nothing wrong.

As far as the exclusive vacancies is concerned, you have to be a realtor to have access to them. NO REALTOR KNOWS OTHER REALTORS OR NEED TO KNOW OTHER REALTORS because we all work as professionals and have certain guidelines set by the DRE we need to follow.

It is not complicated but you made it complicated for yourself. We are going to make you as an example SO ALL THE FOLKS READING THESE REVIEWS AND OTHERS understand and think BEFORE they USE public sources to MISREPRESENT COMPANIES LIKE OURSELVES...

We have families and all we are trying to do is EARN TO BRING FOOD ON OUR TABLES. WE DO NOT HAVE TIME TO RESPOND TO BOGUS CLAIMS SUCH AS YOURS!!!

Yes we are pursuing you and are almost READY TO FILE. We have you on CAMERA INTERVIEWING FOR OVER 30 MINUTES. YOU ASKED ALL THE QUESTIONS YOU HAD BEFORE YOU SIGNED UP WITH US! YOU ALSO USED CREDIT AS YOUR MEDIUM OF PAYMENT. YOU HAVE RECEIVED FROM US YOUR CREDIT REPORT AND SERVICE THAT YOU PAID FOR!!!

MR. HAWKIN, this is only an attempt to SHAKE OUR CAGE because we have from you in writing what you are going to do if we do not give you your money back AFTER WORKING SO VERY HARD FOR YOU.

Finally, Our humble pledge to you Mr. Hawkins is to just be smart and please always ponder over issues before just reacting. They like in this case are ALL AGAINST YOU SIR!!!

First I will say that after reading their e-mails they did state that I needed to submit a form for them to contact apartments for me so that was a misunderstanding on my part.

However when I contacted the dozens of apartments they listed myself several times each only one of the contacts actually answered. And the person that answered? A real estate agent representing the apartment who had never heard of Success4Rent.

With that said I have asked for them to provide me with licenses and information about their company and they have never responded. They also threatened to sue me for the bad reviews I have posted online. Now their web site doesn't exist and I am still waiting for my refund.

SOMEONE GOT US ALL CONFUSED WITH THE RENTAL AGENCIES OUT THERE. WE ARE NOT A RENTAL AGENCY AND MOST OF ALL WE DO NOT SELL A LIST! WE ARE A PLACEMENT CENTER THAT HELPS FOLKS WITH THEIR ENTIRE RELOCATION FROM VIEWING THE UNIT TO SIGNING THE LEASE

IF SOMEONE IS ONLY LOOKING FOR VACANCIES THEN WE ARE NOT A SOURCE OR COMPANY TO REGISTER WITH AT ALL. TOO MANY TIMES WE HAVE JUST REVEALED ADDRESSES TO FOLKS INTERESTED IN ONLY LISTINGS WHEN THEY COME VISIT US AT THE OFFICE BECAUSE WE DO NOT WANT TO SIGN UP FOLKS WHO DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DO???

WE SPECIALIZE IN RELOCATING INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES WITH CREDIT CHALLENGES AND PAST SITUATIONS THAT HINDER THEM FROM SECURING A RENTAL UNIT ON THEIR OWN. AS MOST LANDLORDS AND OWNERS OUT THERE CHARGE A NON-REFUNDABLE CREDIT APPLICATION FEE PER EACH ADULT. YOU CAN ONLY IMAGINE HOW HARD AND DIFFICULT IT MIGHT BE FOR FOLKS WANTING TO RENT BUT NOT KNOWING THE FACT THAT THEY ARE GOING TO SPEND MONEY WITHOUT KNOWING IF THEY ARE GOING TO GET THAT PARTICULAR UNIT OR NOT?

WE DO NOT THINK WE HAVE TO EXPLAIN ANY FURTHER BUT WISH EVERYONE OUT THERE SEARCHING FOR RENTAL UNITS TO BE SURELY CAREFULL BUT NOT GO AROUND SLENDERING COMPANIES JUST BECAUSE THEY ARE CONFUSED AND DO NOT KNOW OR UNDERSTAND THE DIFFERENCE
