It would have been very helpful if this person could have included more information, so that we could do a more thorough search for information to help resolve this issue. As it is, I would suggest that this person follow-up by writing to our company, and explaining their situation in detail. As with all mail, it is not a perfect system, and I will state that you should never assume that all of your mail has reached the intended destination. Always contact the receiver, if you have any doubts. Also keep in mind that refunds, as a general rule, take six to eight weeks to be processed and sent out. Thank you.
