Yes you are so right they are very shady.First they high pressure sale you to get you to sign a contract. Now before the ink even dries they are on the way to start washing your house so that the contract is under way and you have little or no chance to cancel.Once the painters arrive they wash quickly and head off to either Sherman Williams or Scott's paint which ever is closest's they have accounts at both. Now once they go and purchase the paint they pressure wash the labels off so they can apply thier own label which is done by using a can of sticky spray, they have three diffrent labels to apply to buckets after they remove old label usaully they miss all the labels and codes .Label one is a lifetime primer label no. two is a 15 yr.and no.three is a 30 yr.label depending which plan you purchased at the time of sale.
Now they will return to home and start painting as soon as possible ,remember the faster they get it done the more you are abligated to pay hopefully you are gone or your elderly and cant stop them. The painters will now start taping and covering the windows so they can start painting hurry up boys. Usally they caulk after they start painting so there is not as much work because the paint will fill most holes and cracks if applied heavy enough and pressed into holes and cracks. Then after they spray one coat on as heavy as possible they are ready to remove paper and plastic from windows screens etc.Once this is done they will ask you you to do a walk around and touch up anything you may notice to please you .Once that is over its time for you to sign off, once you sign off that is the final nail in your contract Normally a home can be done in no more than three days unless it is a very large home.
Now remeber they have changed labels and scamed you pretty good under the impression they have completed there end of the deal. At $2.50.00cents per sguare foot including the main body trim and window space that they coverd. My friends you cant use elastomeric on aluminium or vinyl trim that is why they use regular A-1oo paint on those surfaces only and elasomeric on all the masonary. Just check the codes on your bucket which they normally miss removing and ask why are these one gallon buckets plain w/no labels .How do I know ? I used to work for them, a customer got mad after I wouldnt agree that there is no such thing as a lifetime paint ,smart fellow there is no such thing as a lifetime paint they swear that they will come back and repaint if necessary, the last time I checked they have moved from there old location I would agree to help anyone whom is having a problem with Dave or any rep from these scammers.

This is ANOTHER duplication. Please see our response to the complaint below. Once again, when they know they are wrong, they yell loiuder and more often to cover the facts with confusion and try to fool other people just to get even with our comapny. Not everyone plays fair. We do provide what we promise to everyone we promise. David
