Sun Valley Towing stole 2 weeks worth of pay from me Phoenix Arizona
He stole 2 weeks worth of pay from me then when I reported him to the labor board he said that I worked for him but he said that he told me that I was only going to get $10.00 per hour to drive a commerical vehicle which required a class a cdl...the way that I found out about this job was on craigs list...I posted an ad for a local driving position for a class a cdl driver which in the valley all companies pay $14-$21 per hour for class a cdl drivers .,..he replied to my posting and told me that he was going to pay me $15.00 per hour which is what I asked for on my posting...he told me everything that i wanted to hear...and he knows that I have a wife and children and still has not paid me..this person is a crook...his name is Tim Kunselman and his wifes name is Alana McDonald she choses not to take his last name because she is trying to protect their house from law suits if you go on Maricopa county civil suits and search his name...or hers for that matter you will see numerous lawsuits where they have been sued for labor issues and other lawsuits...I have not worked for him since July 2007..and still have not been paid from him....This man also has a radiator shop and a tranmission shop at the same address

It is plain to see that You did not work for Sun Valley very long. You do not seem to know the whole story. Most people that worked for Sun Valley any length of time had respect for Alana. You do not know the whole story. Alana put up with many threats and mental abuse. She has tried to divorce Him for years. Tim would threaten Her with what would happen to Her family. He even put there dogs in the car and threaten to take them out and kill them if She left Him, at least one time that I know of. As You know Tim is some where in the 400 pound range, Alana is small. The last time Alana threatened to divorce Tim, She was serious and Tim could see it. I will say this for Him, He threw down the rein of terror He promised. He filed a restraining order against Her saying something to the effect that He was scared of Her. Now remember, Alana is some were around 110 pounds. He did this with out even having a Police report. He locked Her out of Her home and Her businesses. Know this, the business was Alana's. The license was in Her name. He thin worked more of His evil magic. There were more threats against Her and Her family if She did not comply with Him. To make a long story short. Tim took the business. He was gracious enough to allow Her to have some petty belongings. He even had her sign in to the divorce decree that She could not testify against Him in court. Even sillier than that, He also wrote into the decree that She would keep Her brother under control. How stupid is this. Tim has had such a free rain with the law that He now thinks He can write the laws. I know this brother that Tim is talking about very well. He believes in God and the American system. He has no fear of Tim. He will do what He can legally do to put Tim behind bars. He is the least of his problems. Alana has a large family that despises Tim. He was a major embarrassment to Her family. They will also stand behind Her seeking justice. I hope this enlightened You to what is going on. I have written a consumer suggestion as what can be done to help the justice system see what is going on. It is under Ripoff Report #291815

He is in bankrupsy. Have You thought about writeing the Governer. If You have looked on the maricopa court dockets You know were the money goes. To lawyers and His stomach. Look under Tim Kunselman, Timothy Kunselman, Orange Cab, Sun Valley Towing, Sun Valley Bus Lines and there is more. Ask the governor why He is not in prison. Have You recieved a W-2 tax form?
