Sunny Sports Inc. Scooter Depot Unsafe Trikes Chinese Drywall on wheels. Chino, California
Purchased a MC-F150TKA 150cc trike from Sunny Sports/Scooter Depot on 10-17-11. Some assembly was required but the main components were already installed. This vehicle cannot be operated over 30mph. as it will shake violently on the two wheels in front (one in back) I have made every adjustment that their tech. support suggested including deflating the front tires to half pressure.
When you call the company number you get put on hold. Someone will pick up after several minutes and again put you on hold. When you don't hang up you get someone who will lie or give you misinformation. You may get someone who states that are customer service...call the next day and get the same person who is now in charge of shipping.
This vehicle is not safe to operate on the street. I am going to do what is necessary to force a re-call of this vehicle.
This amounts to Chinese drywall on wheels.
