I purchased item GK_K150A2 in Red 150cc king size kart, the orginal cheaper go-kart that my son wanted was on back order but the more expensive one could be shipped same day (red flag #1) I went ahead and placed the order for the more expensive one + the additional warranty and as soon as I gave them my cc number the nightmare begin, He needed to "call me back", never called back.  I began calling that night for the order # delivery date and tracking info, run around.....more run around.....more calls, more time spent on hold....more run around...finally they gave me a tracking number and after 17 days the go-kart appeared in a box, with a million parts and a paperback b/w copied owners manual (if thats what you can call this 4 sheet piece of trash) parts were missing, or they didn't fit together correctly...none of the electrical items on it work (horn, lights, etc.) after about 2 weeks the throttle cable snapped and my marathon of calling....holding....getting hung up on or just being placed on hold until the phone call just ended began again......Just for the record this go-kart was purchased for my  16 year old son who had a stroke in utero and has little to no funtion of his right hand but other wise is a normal 16 year old boy, so since he was unable to get his drivers license we decided we would buy him this go kart to enjoy but instead it has become a nightmare for my entire family.  My 16 year old doesn't understand why I can't fix this, all he sees is that his form of transportation around our farm is broken and sitting in the garage.....after close to a month of the run around I was told that the throttle cable I needed was on back order from China and I would just have to wait---sorry. So we found it on ebay and ordered after purchasing 3 cables, we got the right one.  Hooray it was running for about another week, then one day it wouldn't go forward, only in reverse, so my husband tore it about and the sproket to the drive shaft broke, more emailing and picture sending....now Alonso and Kelly are telling me the pictures I have sent are "unclear" so I need to send them a picture of where the part came out of, so I did, the last email stated the picture wasn't clear enough, they needed additional photos emailed....this after countless phone calls, being placed on hold or just plain out being hung up on.......Please do not do business with this company they are crooks, scammers and liars.....I am shocked that reports of this company date back to 2008 and they are still doing business and continuing to scam more innocent consumers.  lets put a stop to this company.
