I have had the same experience as in another post. The owner's billing practices are extremely unfriendly despite her subjective claim that they are for the customer's benefit. She attempts to get customers to order items they do not want. When attemptting to buy a single item, claims they are not sold alone eventhough this is not stated on the website. She has been reported to the Connecticut State's Attorney's office, Department of Consumer Protection and Better Business Bureau on many occasions. Initally, she comes across very pleasant and helpful until she begins her sale pitch on her products. She then becomes very pushy and will not take "No!" for an answer. She has obviously made it as difficult as possible to change or cancel an order to get all she can out of you. She has blocked my e-mail so I unable to communicate with them at this time.

I ordered a specific item, but was sent another and now have no simple method to request a refund.

No surprise that this guy would complain... he does it all the time with every company he deals with practically. He called our rep so many foul names she described as the "lowest class" man she had ever come in contact with! We should have listened to his friend who orders from us and LOVES US who says this guy is the rudest man on earth and that he has some many complaints filed against HIM " you can open a library on this dishonest man." Sunrise Herbal Remedies was nominated as the Entrepreneurs of the Year and runs a WONDERFUL company for over FIFTEEN years and STILL having LESS than ONE PERCENT complaint ratio ( UNHEARD OF these days! . Sunrise is also a A + rated organization. The company donates money to animal abuse, does complimentary programs for seniors and is run as one of the most honest, ethical organizations out there but in ALL business environments there will always be a few complainers such as this client who obviously has anger mangament issues. Sunrise has sold to over 10 THOUSAND clients and you are seeing here less than 10 complaints-VERY impressive indeed. The bottom line is the client is upset in this case as they were ruled against as WRONG with their credit card company and even has a fraud report filed against them-NOT GOOD. Sunrise is in accordance of all rules and regulations and always will be and the credit card companies know that. Sunrise is required to place its policies in ONE place yet they place them in SEVEN PLACES-also unheard of these days as most companies try to use small writing and confusing verbage-not Sunrise its clear simple are in SEVEN places. Clients as in this case complain when they are not allowed a refund as they cancelled late, did not cancel or kept the items!! Does this person think they can steal our products now?? Auto Ships program are always going to be susceptible to complaints with this type of client who cancelled LATE as you can tell this type of person based on their rude unprofessional note who feels they can bully and badmouth company out of its policies with threats and angry words. Clients simply don't like it when a company has a no refunds policy but it is a companies RIGHT to have these policies and we NEED these policies as our beautiful fresh herbs are special as they are custom made and organic. Fresh and quality is WHY clients come to us and its sad this person is sold filled with negative, toxic, energy they would spend their days writing such nonsense. More to be pitied then scorned I guess.......
