Steve Encarnacion-Kigore at Sunset Signings LLC has not paid for services rendered. I have left numerous phone messages and sent numerous emails with no return reply. I have also noticed; according to others on the internet, 123notary.com and notaryrotary.com that this company has done this to many agents over the last couple of years. Maureen Walter at ServiceLink (a reputable company) has recommended this person on his LinkedIn page. Does she really know him or his company? This is a dishonest person and a company you definitely don't want to work for.
