I purchased a KIA Sorrento this past March. The salesman was decent when we started. Then, after the sale was over, he reminded me to fill out their customer survey. So I did. I didn't give him a bad review. However, I didn't think he deserved all "10's". He didn't bend over backwards to get me a great deal. The salesman, DAN MANN, calls me three times from the dealership and then once from his personal cell number and said things like, "You railroaded me". "I'm not getting paid for the month beause YOU didn't give me all "10's" on my survey. Seriously? So I did feel bad and tried to call his boss, Mike Schrieber. NO RESPONSE. Then, I had to go back up to the dealership becaue they were confused on who to pay my tradeoff to. After clarifying that, they ask for another $2000. I gave them a check. However, IT DOES NOT SHOW UP anywhere on my contract. I have called the dealership 11 times since. I cannot speak to a human. (besides the receptionist)I had to make five phone calls to get my second key. I finally picked that up and it needed to be programmed. No one was available to do it. While five salesmen sat on their rear ends and did nothing. Now I have to take time out of my work day and try to get up there to get the key programmed. This dealership is swarming with incompetant d****e bags. I wouldnt recommend it to my worse enemy. Maybe if the Suntrups didn't spend so much on their annoyng , over played commercials, they could hire good salemen.
