i have been dealing with cendant's internet customer service and i thought she was really going to take care of the problem. well, i got compensation in the amount of 25 dollars. i was so insulted that i probably will not even cash the check. now she says that it would be in my best interest to contact the property directly. this is the same people who sent me a letter addressed to whom it may concern and denied everthing that i was complaining about. said that they had cribs, just not asked for often. well, we did ask and they said they did not have any. all i want is compensated for the pac n plays that we should not have had to buy. i doubt that the property will part with the $94.24 that we had to spend unnecessasarily. not the time and inconvenience of finding beds for a 1 &2 year old at midnite; i'm not asking a dime. this is how this problem is being handled, and i'm not satisfied at all. thank you all, you are a great place to be able to go for help. i wish i had read it before staying at super8.
