Superior Arizona Police ripoff Corrupt Mountain Town, not safe places for honest law abiding citizens. Superior Arizona
In April, my Firebird was stolen and ended up in a podunk town of Superior, Arizona. Officer Dan Middleton pulled the car over for a license plate light being out and ended up seizing the vehicle for forfeiture after he conveniently found .03 grams of powder on the ground!
Middleton was recently terminated from a larger police department for 11 disciplinary actions in two years, including falsify police reports, racial misconduct, and endangering the lives of his fellow officers.
The Pinal country attorney, Craig Cameron, refused to return the car unless I signed an agreement that I would not sue any of the parties. Failing to get that agreement, he threatened to report FALSE information to credit bureaus.
The Judge, also a Southern Baptist Deacon, lied in court, when the country attorney did not show up for a hearing.
Pinal County Arizona and Superior Arizona are not safe places for honest law abiding citizens.
