This company offers free 30 day trial but bill your account within 15 days of your order date. By the time the products arrives, it only gives you about a week to try it out. I was shocked when my account was billed but then I noticed in the paperwork that it does state that you must cancel within 15 days of ordering. They give you no e-mail address but they do give a 24 hour customer service number. They immediately put you on hold and never come back (I wait 30 minutes). The paperwork states that you can return the unopened product for a refund, however, you need a RMA# which must be included with the return. The only way to obtain that number is by calling customer service (which they don't answer).

TOTAL RIP-OFF!!!!

Dear Mo, We are not offering or advertising a "free 30-day trial" - our website and advertisements clearly show that what we are offering is a "free 15-day trial" where you are sent a one-month supply of the product tot ry (as there is no "trial-size" shipment, the only thing that can be shipped out is a one-month supply). Most customers receive their shipments within 2-3 business days, which leaves them 11-12 days to try the product. If a customer needs to have the trial extended, they just need to call us and we will happily extend the trial by an additional week so that the customer can have a longer chance to try the product and assess it's effectivenss. I'm very sorry that you had such difficulty contacting us; we were transitioning to a 24/7 customer service center in December of 2008 due to the tremendous response to our products. Because of this, hold times became exceedingly long for the first week or two of December - I'm terribly sorry about this, but as we were transitioning this was an unavoidable inconvenience. Our 24/7 customer service center was up-and-running in the middle of December 2008 and hold times are currently under 1 minute; if you need any assistance please contact us at (866)899-9006.
