I made an order of 3 sample Air conditioners from Mr Wayne Xie

He then sent me an invoice for the 3 air conditioners valued at US $ 1020. He then told me that it was too costly to send the 3 samples and asked me to order another 3 samples. I did so and he sent me another invoice for $ 957. Both amounts were transferred to his account BANK:HSBC HONG KONG

However on delivery he shipped 6 pieces of a very inferior quality air cooler instead of the air conditioners.
I tried to get in touch with him and he told me that he had changed the order from the air conditioners to the air coolers, which I did not agree too.
I reported the case to “Made-In-China” the website from where I got his contact and the case was handled by Ms Evelyn, a Trade Dispute Specialist. However Mr Wayne has refused to refund my money despite their intervention.
