Complaint Review: Suzanne Griffiths Level 5 Properties and 45 North Properties - Hugo Minnesota

 Suzanne Griffiths has okef GUILTY to Department of Justice for 1. Wirecfraubd and 2. Money laundering. She bilked people out of $1.3M. Her husband Gary Griffiths is a liar.

 Level 5 properties and 45 North Investment Properties owned by Gary and Suzanne Griffiths. BEWARE INVESTORS OR ANYONE WORKING WITH THEM, they will not honor obligations or pay Investors or sub contractors. I know of 2 cases, 1-Owe Electrician 13K for work completed. 2-Private Investor, whom lended 500K, that’s right people, 500K. Thus far on the 4 projects, not one is complete, it’s been 18 MONTHS since projects were PROMISED too be completed by Gary and Suzanne.

Also, the INVESTOR HASN'T SEEN A DIME OF MONEY. Remember people, THIS IS 500K of this persons entire retirement, GONE! Gary and Suzanne PROMISED, that they would guarantee a nice return on investment, yet they have projects in foreclosure and won’t communicate with investor. We are truly sorry to read about your loss of $50K to someone you believe is Suzanne Griffiths of Level 5 Properties, LLC. For your information this is clearly a case of identy theft, that Level 5 Properties has legal counsel looking into. At no point has Level 5 Properties, LLC. or Suzanne Griffiths received or solicited funds from anyone named "Janet", or "The DeGruttola 2002 Trust" out of San Diego, CA.

This can be easily proven by bank records which we would be happy to present to your attorney. What bank did you wire those funds to? What entity or individuals name was on the bank account you wired funds to? What account at that bank did you wire those funds to? Please post the signed deed, mortgage agreement, or promissory note.

In order to receive a judgement (like the one you attached) the defendant would have had to have been served with the law suit you must have brought on to be awarded such judgement. Neither of these have been received or recorded in any county court in MN, let alone Ramsey County, nor Level 5 Properties, LLC. or Suzanne Griffiths. Please go to the Minnesota Judicial Branch (the link you provided above) and enter the case number you provide above 62-CV-18-743, or "The DeGruttola 2002 Trust", or Suzanne Griffiths, or Level 5 Properties, LLC.  Unfortunately the judgement PDF you posted is Fake and doesn’t exist in the courts records! The Case file doesn’t exist, nor does any lawsuit, or judgement against Level 5 Properties, LLC. or Suzanne Griffiths.

Due to the false nature of these claims you have made counsel for Level 5 Properties, LLC. and Suzanne Griffiths are looking into it all. Once we get to the bottom of it we will be filing suit for slander and fraud.

If you are legitimate we would like to help you get to the bottom of this, and help clear up these false accusations you have made.

Level 5 Properties, LLC. and Suzanne Griffiths are upstanding in our community and are readily available to discuss this matter at your convenience. We are a very public company and have nothing to hide, including our address, phone numbers, social media, etc.  If we were fraudulently scamming people do you think we would be so public?

Level 5 Properties, LLC or Suzanne Griffiths has never received correspondence from you, your attorney, or The DeGruttola 2002 Trust.

Please provide legitimate proof, like the mortgage deed and/or the promissory note you mention in your claim above to have received from Suzanne. We are certain the signatures and account information you have don’t match any account or signature of Level 5 Properties, LLC. or Suzanne Griffiths. Level 5 Properties LLC can produce bank statements proving these funds were never sent to us.

As we mentioned above, we are terribly sorry to hear you were scammed out of $50,000, if indeed this is a true statement, but as we continue to state, Level 5 Properties, LLC. nor the real Suzanne Griffiths had anything to do with it. You have our website, address, and phone number... Yet we have never heard from you or your attorney. That’s a little bizarre don’t you think?

There are a couple facts to this story, but I highly doubt Suzanne would take a check and run. Yes, Suzanne is part owner of Level 5 Properties and 45 North Investment Properties. Both LLC's are currently based out of Woodbury (not Hugo) and are in good standing. Suzanne is quite knowledgeable, polite and runs her business with integrity.

Suzanne has a realtor's license, which she discloses to all parties immediately and follows MN state laws required by agents. Recently she earned her general contractors license, which I believe demonstrates her commitment to providing quality work that is structurally sound. I don't know anyone who works harder than her.

My suggestion to the original reporter here is to show us your evidence. If you truly have a signed promissory note and mortgage, let's see them. Oh, and bank statements too, please! If you're not comfortable showing them on a public forum, maybe you shouldn't be posted your personal business here.
