Complaint Review: swat firearms inc - campbell Texas

Jake K. was completely taken care of on his rifle purchase. His being upset with SWAT Firearms, Inc is that we would not sell him a rifle or any parts at our dealer cost (he was and is not an FFL holder).

As we do try to protect our FFL dealers, we quoted him retail pricing. He somehow had been able to get ahold of our dealer pricing as I understood him to say he had done some part time work for an FFL dealer (not really sure about that story).

He did not like the fact that we would not sell him dealer cost, therefore, he decided to post on this website that SWAT Firearms, Inc. "ripped" him off. Any and all of our regular dealers know that SWAT Firearms, Inc. takes care of them in every matter. Anyone that reads this Jake K report, please, call us to find out the true information on SWAT Firearms yourself!

I will say this they stood behind there warranty as stated my rifle was like brand new even better then the day I bought it I didn't get the upgrades I asked for for my troubles and I didn't get my shipping cost returned as I was told I would  ut my rifle is fixed and like brand new here is pics of it I also made a video of the unboxing of it when I got It from ups. Only wish the company seen my point that I paid for a rifle I could not use from day one that was a huge let down but they did fix it. Everyth I ng was fixed except the paint coming off the lower but I'm having it painted in cerakote anyways 

Upper new

quad rail new 

Gas block new 

Magazine new

Case new

Charging handle new

Not sure it the barrel or bolt was replaced or not wasn't told they were just what I listed 

Well I was told it wasn't swat fault that the firearm didn't work here is a email stating that they were sorry I got a bad upper and it is rare this happens but yet I have a email saying they said it wasn't there fault so there not refunding my shipping cost. So the company just making up excuses to keep my money and to try and make it my fault but yet I only shot two rounds off and it never worked after that so it's noway my fault nor did I do anything to make it not work 

I'd like my shipping cost returned X2 for my troubles and being lied to by the customer service rep Helen calling me a lier and saying I did the damage to the rifle I have pics from day one of the time I bought it sitting on the gun shop counter with the damage in pic but didn't see it till I was home adding pics

Now keep in mind since I this gun I've only got two rounds to fire off and the owner was with me when I was at the police  range with the chief of police I let him fire the it first only two rounds would fire could not get it to refire he broke it down and said the upper was not milled right it bent your charging handle you could see the deep scratches and wear from only two rounds it was badly scared and I asked about the finish coming off this is the killer I was told it was from the dust cover coming down how in the world would that be from two rounds and the fact that I worked for the gun shop ower is true she just does t know what she's talking about as she talk to other owner who I do not work for. Amazes me since the gun shop owner was there when I was at range and was in car when I called them.

Is is classic of a business not to admit fault on a defected product. The charging handle was bent I didn't do it and the upper was not milled right but yet they say it's not there fault and will not give me my shipping cost back wow even tho they send a prepaid label to the gun shop Soni could get it fit just gun shop wanted to charge me to get my own gun back amazing so I will need my 45 dollars shipping returned as well.

My point to this is the lady Helen don't understand what I'm asking if the company is going to replace the barrel and bolt with new ones the cost of news one would be as far as site goes 

Barrel heavy $129

Black bolt $95 

Now with that cost one them for replacing that why couldn't I just pay the difference in the upgraded parts 

Stainless barrel $139

Nickel boron bolt $129 

Now theses prices are on there site in there Web store 

I'm being told to upgrade barrel and bolt it be $200 if there going to keep my old barrel ND bolt why would I pay that if I can just order a nickel boron bolt and stainless barrel for $268 so there basically say the black heavy barrel and the black bolt are worth $68 hard to believe there I mean for $68 dollars more I'd just buy them and keep the barrel and bolt for extras or for other build. I mean there going to lose money one the barrel and bolt they are replacing on my gun anyways or use them in test rifles. All I know is my whole upper best be brand new I will have it inspected by a gun smith fully and document to make sure what I was told is true 

Here a good thing my transmission went out in my truck took it to the shop it was under warranty the cost was $600 for parts no ost to me the guy asked we can upgrade you to better parts the kit cost $890 and they take the $600 off that I'd pay $290 dollars out of y pocket the warranty covers the $600 so yeah I upgraded glad I was and I thanked the shop for doing so deal done and very happy 

So why doesn't swat firearms do that also when I called she stated she get me dealer pricing bcuz I was sitting with the owner when I called she talked to the other owner not asking for the onwer I told her to ask for and so info wasn't passed alone and I was basically called a lier yeah hardly the case I need fact work for the one just do not work for the other why he said I don't work him bcuz yeah I don't. He doesn't pay me nor do I talk to him. This is problem when businesses don't read there emails or lesson they just think omg we are losing money when in fact there not.
