SweepStakes Clearinghouse Laptop computer retail value at $500.00 and was given a discount with coupon. I thought it was gonna be a new computer,but it wasn't. It was a beat up computer that crash the first time I turn it on. And it cost me $375. They sent me no return slips and no receipt of my my payment. DALLAS Texas

I bought a Desktop computer through this Sweepstakes company, with a discount coupon.
When it was explain in the brouchure as if computer will be new. But it turn out to be a beat up computer, that kept asking for a code that the company did not send me not even a system disk. Also they sent me a power code that was not compatible with the computer they sent me. Anyway while I was trying to access PC without a code to activated it, the crappy thing crash. They delivered on a Friday late that evening, company was closed. could not contact them on the weekend they was close. Couldn't contact through E-MAIL, the server kept going to microsoft server. The retail listed price as $500.00 but with a discounted coupon I paid $375.00. They did noy sent me a payment reciept or return slips so that I may returned the piece of junk for a refuned. If I had waited for black friday or cyber monday I could gotten new, And just in time for Christmas. I made this ordered the first week in December, didn't get until Jan 10, 2014. Anyway I am out of $375.00. What esle can I say, I work hard for my money and I have to give to a company that has millions. Thanks
