Sweepstakes Clearinghouse Ripoff, discount on a 5pc luggage set made all of the payment then never heard from them again except when their are trying to sell me more items
Hello!!! I would just like to state that I am a victim as well. The clearingjouse sent me a coupon that was for 300.00 dollars so I used it to get the luggage set in the catolog they sent as well. The set was an estimated guess of 489.94 plus shipping and handling. Any how I had to pay the remaing balance, that would come out to rounded off at 200.00 dollars. So I made quit a few pay ments then by December of 2001 they sent a letter stating that if I sent 10.00 bucks before Dec. 15 I would recieve my set before X- Mas. I paid 20.00 bucks around Dec 4. they sent a letter back to me saying thank you for the 20.00 then requested the samething over again with the same statements and everything. Now I'm thinking why would they say that and I just paye doublle the first time so now they havent sent anything except more certifercaites to buy more stuff and I havent even recieve my first luggage set. Please send advice. P.S. I still have my payment recipts as well. Thank you for your time...
