Sweepstakes Clearinghouse - Schstore ripoff, rude, dishonest! Dallas Texas
I wish I would have seen this website before getting ripped off. I ordered and laid away a computer in May, 2006. Hardships have made it impossible to pay for the item and I requested a refund. I never saw the small print on the back it tells you to pay the full price and then request a refund. As I could not do this I called and was told I could exchange the items.
5 weeks later, I received the catalog (and 4 emails on the website)and placed the exchange order. To date I have not received anything. I called 7 business days ago and was told it would be shipped COD for a balance of $16.49. Today I called again.
I was told I owed $21.49 now. I screamed. I called back and was told no it was only $16.49 but it was too small to send ups so it would be 10-14 days from today and would come COD US Mail. Why did I have to call again for them to RESHIP the item they never shipped to start with. I am very very upset and I am filing a better business report in texas!
I will check your site before buying anything online or in the mail again. Thanks for your service!
