We just reviewed the message posted on May 3, 2002 and would like to provide the following information. According to Marks e-mail, it appears there may a misunderstanding regarding the balance on his account for the IBM Laptop. For example, our advertisement stated that the IBM laptop was $499.99 after application of the credit voucher-not before. The customer mistakenly thought the price was $499.99 minus $300 for the voucher, for a total of $199.99. In reality, our offer stated the laptop sells elsewhere for $799.95, minus $300.00 for the voucher, for a total of $499.99. We take our commitment to customer very seriously and would like to assist Mark. However, in order to locate an account, we will need a full name and address, including zip code so we can research our records. Once we locate an account, we will be happy to address any and all concerns and resolve this matter. For example, if Mark prefers a full refund, we will be happy to accommodate him.
