T & J Enterprises Rip off, another envelope stuffing scam. Asked for $25 fee as well as money for Training materials. Federal Way Washington
Responded to an ad in local publication for home workers to stuff envelopes claiming hundreds of dollars per week in pay. Was sent info and a form. This is the Robert Hancock, President of the Company (no company name, of course) scam. Called the number provided if questions. Got a recording claiming how legitimate this is.
Decided to give it a try and sent application along with a money order for $25 payable to T. M. Jamieson/T & J Enterprises and the requested SASE envelopes. Seemed alittle susicious they would need me to send them stamped envelopes.
Waited about 2 weeks then wrote a letter indicating I would contact the BBB and the Attorney General if I didn't received anything by May 9. Guess what? I received another form in the mail on May 9. This was the 'please send a SASE with $1 for Training and Orientation materials,'letter, to be sent to the Training & Aftercare Center, P.O. Box 312, Akron, Alabama 35441. Sound familiar to anyone?
Went ahead and sent the first one with $1. Then received another information form to fill in and send with another SASE to the Southwest Training and Aftercare Center, P.O. Box 870426, Mesquite, TX 75187-0426. Sent another $1 with another SASE.
This one must be all over the country!!!
Have received nothing further.
Would like to see all of us get our money back!!!
