Tapp Palmet Clubstore Outlet, Costless Overstocks Total Scam. Breaches of Contract without caring Charlston South Carolina
Please be aware of:
Tapp Palmer, Costless Overstocks, Clubstore Outlet, among others names, it's a scam saying he is a Franchise or like a Franchise, but does not deliver as promised on agreed on documents. Seems that he has become a Franchise but probably will not last long because now he is has more exposure and compliances.
He is a one man operation, without the capacity and capability to perform as expected. There is no supply chain process established, which is the core or the business.
There is no follow up or support once you write him your check, and says he has great relationships with Big Box retailers, but in reality there is just a vague relationship. They dont even like him, because he doesnt pay them well.
Tapp Palmer gives a great sales pitch, but after you pay him, he is vanished...
There are much better options to invest in, or that are structured differently without his scary fees that go directly to his pockets without investing in what you are paying for.
Please do your homework, and do your due diligence.
He has multiple law suits in SC.

My company opened a beautiful store for this lady in 2008. She was a customer at my store and asked me to help consult her in opening a store for her and her husband. I agreed and we signed a consulting agreement. She found a location over 1 hour from her house and I strongly discouraged her from opening a store that far from her house, but she insisted. My team got her and her employees trained and set the store up. Then we plugged in our supply chain which is a contract with one of the largest retailers in the world that we still maintain today. I went back for a follow up visit a couple of months later and was appalled at what I saw. The owner and a couple of other family members were SMOKING inside the store, they had rock music blaring and were changing a babies diaper on the counter. The store had all kinds of flea market types of product that she purchased, which was not our business model. We are a high end Outlet store, NOT a thrift store. She had ruined the business model. They stayed open for over a year and then she came in my store one day and told me they were closing because they couldn't handle 2 1/2 hours a day driving back and forth everyday. She remained a customer at my store after closing hers and there was no ill will at all. Now 8 years later she decides she's upset and decides to post her bogus report and slander me. Really? If any of this were true she would have taken actions and filed complaints 8 years ago. It's complete nonsense and unbelievable.

I was sucked in by Tapp Palmer in 2009 and opened a store. He put me out of business by not delivering the goods as promised and taking my shipments for his own store. He is a snake. We are still paying off debt caused by him. Do not do business with him. Check his records from Atlanta, GA.

I would like to mention that Mr. Tapp Palmer has reached out to me to help resolve the pending issues we have. We are in the process of working together to resolve any and all outstanding issues.
I appreciate that he reached out and is willing to collaborate to solve things in a honorable manner. This was simply a case of unfortunate miscommunication between us.
I regret that things took a negative turn and I look forward to working with Mr. Palmer moving forward. I've requested that the post be removed from the internet.
