Here is the letter we sent to Nick Touris - the so-called Vice President of the company
Nick please cease all activity on this account. Our records indicate that over 28,000 visits have been sent to us and of those only 8 people have even signed up (free) to enter the site. That conversion percentage is just not possible. We advertise in over 150 different venues and on all kinds of mediums and to see sign up rates at 0.028% when our average is over 8%, is unfathomable! Nor is it possible that the original two creative pieces produced EXACTLY the same number of clicks (10,668 and 10,433 respectively) and that the new text only email produced identical bounce rates and CTR (7,145 started one day later). Lastly we had asked that you stop the original creative and it does not appear that you have done so.
The statistical anomalies above can only be explained by a gaming of this offering. I am moving swiftly here to insist on a full refund for what is obviously a fraudulent offer and have copied our General Counsel on this matter.
I am not pleased, to say the least.
