SEMPRIS is, also doing business as FunSource, Home Play, Provell, Vacation Passport, Value Plus, and The Good Deal Company and other names which have a pattern of complaints. The pattern of complaints, as determined, involves consumers alleging the business (or one of their subsidiaries) made unauthorized charges on their credit card and in many cases customers state they were not aware they had signed up to receive any type of membership or service from this company. The BBB recommends that consumers regularly check their credit card statements for charges which are not clearly identified as to the product or service ordered, and challenge any invalid charges early with the business and/or credit card company.

Use caution when ordering products online or by telephone when representatives of the selling company attempt to "up-sell" you on added products, programs, clubs or services which may be charged to your credit card.

I am extremely upset that this so called company (WC MON TASTE 4 SAVINGS)  has ripped me off  for the last six months to the tune of $151.65 and I am demanding  from this company a full and complete refund of all monies fraudulently  charged to my VISA credit card.  It is well documented on the Internet that these charges are appearing on consumer checking accounts after making a purchase from a separate third party, such as ordering an “As Seen on TV” product over the phone.  In my case I purchased the weight loss product GLUCOSULIN on 12/3/2012, at the same time I was charged for the product I purchased and $1.95 for initial membership to MON TASTE 4 SAVINGS and they continued to bill be $24.95 a month until I caught this fraudulent activity. 

Watch your credit card statement carefully each month, it is my sincere recommenation if you are caught up in one of these scams CANCEL YOUR CREDIT CARD otherwise they may continue to charge you monthly even after you cancel your membership with them.

Wouldn’t it be nice to collect $25, $50 or $100 from everyone who made a purchase from those “As Seen on TV” advertisers?  There is one company that has managed to pull this off extremely well and there is a class action suit addressing this rig now. SEE:

This problem appears to be epidemic and consumers are being ripped off every day.  I've noted nearly 100 complaints across the Internet regarding this company and their deceptive business practices.
