hi im here to warn you all who are right now thinking of using WWW.TAXBACK.COM services. I had a TERRIBLE experience with this company so please be careful, they are totally a rip off and they take advantage of people. The nightmare started since their representatives in peru, miss Karen Salazar started calling my parents house day and night to sell me their service. By that time I was in the USA working my second year in a row as a j1. When I came back to Peru, the harrassment started again, she would call to my cellphone at inconvenient times trying to get me to send her my papers. After a while I decided to give it a chance, I sent her my papers and she said I would only be charged 75 dollars for their service, which i thought was ok. She never said I would also be charged what they call in their website a "levy" . I found out this by reading their Fees sectiion on their website, I have to admit it was my fault for not reading this info before it was too late. But its also very bad that they do not public this info straight on their website, u have to sign up on the their website to access this information and moreover they dont even mention how much they charge for this "levy". So after more than 2 months i got the confirmation of the refund making a total of 425 dollars, 200 dollars for federal taxes and 225 for state taxes. So I was like ok Im gonna get a refund of maybe 350??



Then I recieved an email from Mr. Dilyan Radoslavov in a terrible Spanish (it looked like he had used a babelfish) saying that they got my money and that I would get 357 dollars (of course he never said how the hell they came up with that amount), i was like hmmm ok...these mother fuc....but to make things worse he also said.."In order to transfer the money to your bank account a 25 dollars fee is payable to the bank"...this info was never given and it doesnt show in their website either..then he says he will refund the money in Nuevos Soles which is the peruvian currency..I was like wait a minute..why in Peruvian Soles..I want to get them in dollars USA DOLLARS!! (kAREN SALAZAR TOLD ME THE REFUND WOULD BE MADE IN DOLLARS)...and here is the trick..they refund you the money in peruvian soles cuz they want to give u less money by using the exchange rate of their convenience..a exchange rate they dont even publish..and misteriously he also mentions that a transfer to a peru cant be made in american dollars even if my checkin account is in USA dollars...WEIRD right??. So I didnt care of his email and entered my bank details of my USA bank to receive my money in dollars.



After one week I didnt have any news from them...so I went to the website and talked to her lchat live agents...this woman whose name was Iulia said they had not recieved any info my bank details and I wa slike WHAT...I even received a confirmation email saying they recieved the info...so she asked me to fordward her the emaill,,so I did...and instead of apologizin for the terrible service..she said...They now would try "locate" my info. I asked her how long this was gonna take and she never answered me back... Today I got an email with an attached document saying they deposited the amount of 322 dollars in my wells fargo account... Im so furious cuz now Im getting less money and I dont even know why...they are not only charging 25 dollars for transfering my money in a US bank (when they are supposed to be an american company, but they actually are irish...) but also they are charging me 10 dollars more for what?? Please do not trust this company they have this hidden fees and they just wanna take your money. Ive contacted their customer service and theyve had me in hold for 30min ...and their number is in Ireland...so BE CAREFUL..taxback.com sucks1

Hi, I'm currently working in this company-taxback.com and I just want to let all people know that the author is really stupid. First of all, the fees are very well described on our website-why didn't you read all information provided in the website?!! Then, you have a personal account manager-this means that if you have a question, you can send an email to your account manager and you will get the answer. We are trained that all information must be provided to customers. This means that we need to advise customers of all fees-processing fees, bank transfer fees,etc.

We are based in Ireland-no one will tell you that we are a US company, cause we are definitely not!!! Our headquarter is in Dublin. As for transferring the money, you should have written your account manager that you want to receive your money into your US account-we do this and therefore, the bank transfer fee will be lower and there will be no exchange rate. As you can see, you f*ked up cause you are not persistent, you didn't ask questions and you think that by b*ching  around, you will get somewhere. Unfortunately, you ended up by receiving less money cause you are a stupid girl who doesn't know how to stand her positions!!!
