Check out the websites he has designed, complete garbage, he has done nothing but installed a template, a cheap $30-$50 template and charging his clients hundreds and thousands of dollars. He doesn’t offer any kind of custom designing; he's deceiving his clients into thinking he’s a web design company yet knows nothing about web designing.
He’s already been exposed as being a con-artist by selling expensive teacup pigs over and over again only to send his victims another pig in a bait and switch scam. He does not care about you only your money which is why he’s getting into the web design business, he has found that he could just install a template, change a few source codes and make it look like he designed it when in fact he just installed a template with one click.

Research this mans intentions and how hard he has tried to coverup his wrong doings. A couple months ago he has attacked a teacher who bought a teacup pig from him and he scammed her, afterwards she spoke out about his business ethics and he then went on to accuse her of child molestation, this is how nasty this SOB is. Be warned!
Save your money and go to http://themeforest.net/ and buy your own template, proffessional and way better looking than the ones Tracy installs.
