TC Talent Aka Options Talent ripoff- STOLE MONEY OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT dishonest ripoffs Orlando Florida
I signed up with Options Talent in September of 2002. I was put on a payment plan to pay $595.00 along with a monthly fee of $19.95 for the use of a comp card on their web site.
All monies were paid in full in February 2003 with the exception of the monthly $19.95. I audited my bank statements in March of 2003 and found that TC Talent had stolen $59.85 of my money right out of my account without my persmission or written authorization from me to do so. I do not know what this fee/charge is for and can't seem to get any satisfactory or plausible reasons why this money was stolen from my account. As a matter of fact, I can't seem to speak to a live person at this company except for the operator who continues to put me on hold forever.
All attempts to contact the customer service department at TC Talent were to no avail. I was put on hold for hours, lost a day of work to try and contact them, while being put on hold constantly. I still cannot get this problem of theft from my account resolved. I tried using three to four phones at the same time, only to be put on hold on every single phone. Unbelieveable! I believe my only avenue is to file a law suit against this fraudulent agency for theft.

Options / TCT tells you you monthly payment is assesed quarterly. $19.95 times 3 is $59.85. You said yourself you had not paid your monthly fee. Well there it is. do the math yourself. I agree that this company is full of S**t. Until recently I was with the headquarters in Orlando and with a strong sales background, I was looked upon to become successful. I wasn't and I realized why. I have morals. I can't do what they do. I have been reading every report I can find and I am sickened by what I have read. I may continue to post on this site. I may not. I just wanted to point out that although they are deceptive and dishonest, your acusations are incorrect.
