TC Talent ripoff scam dirt bags Orlando Florida
Everything that has been written about TC Talent, a.k.a Options, has fit my experience with them. All the additional information offered by ex-employees with the company has been enlightening to read.
I was one of those gullible people that fell for it, and now I am having one hell of a time getting my "guaranteed refund" from them. I have followed all their procedures correctly and on time to get my refund, but they keep telling me that their accounts are "backed up" and give me different answers each time I call, that it will take 2 weeks, then one month, now they say it is indefinate.
I have never spoken to the same person twice, I get a different person each time I call. I am afraid that one day, their phones will be disconnected and they will have run off with my money.
My question to all those out there: has anyone successfully received a refund from them? Or unsuccessfully?

The refund policy at TC Talent has in fact changed and refunds are now granted if the individual requests the refund prior to the 3 day window. What they don't tell you is when you will actually get your money. The time frame is very hard to pin down due to the fact that refunds are based on sales , meaning that in order to have a low amount of charge backs and stay in compliance with the credit card processing company, only a certain predetermined % of sales will be allowed to be refunded in a day, all others and there are a lot of others are placed in a stack to wait on the following days sales to se which can be refunded. This seemed like a good idea and it makes the financials look better but now there is an endless pile of refunds to be processed which will never get caught up and puts any future refunds at least 3 weeks out. To bad they dont pay you interest on the money they are holding from you since it is yours by law.
