wanted to purchase ham radio amplifier from TE Systems using cashier check. Amplifier arrived damaged inside the shipping box via USPS . Seller acknowledges damaging amplifier before shipping and sent to buyer anyways !
seller wants buyer to pay return shipping fee / promises refund . buyer returns device with anticipation of refund . seller refuses to refund money then stops copperating with buyer. seller clearly is stealing via postal service . buyer has nothing .
