Please go to the TeamLava staff on the forums, and provide constructive feedback.
The staff do listen, I too wish for a confirmation gem etc screen.
Also, Support avenue for feedback [email protected] and detail your concerns please for the staff to look at. The staff do look at all player feedback, no I am not TL staff. I just know Job role to pass on relevant feedback to the relevant department.
I know extremely upsetting to lose Gold/gems, please don't let it deter you. If did get banned, try explaining how it happened and how sorry you are and were upset at the time. Discuss reasons nicely, as they will help you more. I do hope don't mind me offering suggestions for maybe a solution.
I know TeamLava can't give Gold mistakes back, Sorry I am sure the staff are sorry too.
