I was billed by this company on my Verizon telephone bill for well over two years.  I did not realize it until Verizon told me about it because my service was bundled and was quite larger than normal.  They put a stop to the charges and gave me the number 800-211-1790 to find out about my refund.  I was charged 14.99/per month with tax 15.96/per month for at least 27 months.. Verizon said they could check old records, but it went back as far as they could currently see.  This company owes me in excess of $400.00 and gave me a confirmation #12414.  They assured me I would recieve a check mailed to my home in the full amount of all charges within 2-3 billing cycles.  It should have been here long ago and everytime I call, I get the same run-a-round.. no one knows what's going on and each operator tells me it will be coming soon.  This is such an illegal fraud!  I don't even know for sure what service this company sells other than a RIP OFF!!  Please someone go after these people.  I heard kids playing in the background two different times I called and the women answering sound Mexican or similar.  How can this be allowed to happen?  I don't get it.  I didn't do anything to aquire this service and now I cannot do anything to get back what was stolen from me.  I would appreciate any help.  I can't even turn them into the BBB, because I cannot find an address or anything.  This is about the only place I found any info on them at all!!  Sooooooo frustrating!  "Legalized Theft??"  Who can stop them??
