TELETECH Arbitration Joke They Lied Yet Again ripoff lie cheat Bremerton Washington
On August 9-10 2005 Teletech was supposed to participate in formal settlement discussions (mediation) due to a unpaid wages class action lawsuit brought by current and former employees at it's Bremerton Wa. center. A nationally know and respected labor lawyer, Hunter Hughes, agreed to act as mediator. Their idea of an honest true attemp to reach an gareement in this mediation was to send First, TELETECH did not bring a representative to the mediation with actual authority to settle the case. Second Teletech continues to deny that it has a policy of "off the clock" work.
