Complaint Review: TELME COMMUNICATIONS PTE. LTD. - OI PLAZA Internet

BEWARE of Telme LTD company (from singapore) which is a totally outrageus SCAM !!!

I joined them in 2007 beacuse they offered a very good Payplan and were offering unique SIM CARDS (Telme NRG, mobile numbers from estonia) which where supposed to enable calls without roaming in 66 countries and very cheap calls inside network.

First i bought Team Builder KIT (1100 USD) and received 2 NRGs and 3 "Digital offices" - which were supposed to give me a huge commissions. The NRGs worked pretty good - so i decided to create own community and website portal. I did it and introduced Telme to some of my friends and we all wanted to become Telme distributors because this products seemed to work very well.

There were some temporary problems with the webpage and mobile telephony their were offering but i didnt care. I should...

After 2 month i introduced 8 more team builders and gained MANAGER STATUS which according to the payplan should give me 25% commission from CV purchase of direct enrolled distributors payments and 10% of CV of the smallest side of my binary tree.

I caunted all my downline purchases of my distributors and calculated that i should recieve 2900 USD commission in that month. I recieved 700. Why? Telme has responded that the commission is only for the Airtime to top-up the sim cards and make calls, not for the SIM CARDS purchase and partner KITS. All of products had their CV value, but they calculated commission only from Airtime - this was mentioned nowhere in PAYPLAN but i didnt care, because i had a good margin on my local currency, so i could earn a lot of money anyway.

2 months later a friend of mine contacted me because he needed 30 of those sim cards (320 USD each because each NRG for 180USD needed vsim for 120USD to activate and 20USD team member code). I sold him 15 because i didnt have more balance on telme account to buy more products. I told him that i will make wire transfer to singapore and buy him 20 cards as soon as possible.

And here the real OUTRAGEUS SCAM started!

I made 5000 USD wire transfer to TELME LTD and after a week recieved 5000 BALANCE to buy any products avaiable on Telme Digital SHOP. I wanted to buy NRGs and Airtime but.... " TELME REVOLUTION" has started (at february 2008) and as they told me "NRG sim cards are temporary not avaiable and may not work properly for some time" - they keep telling me that and keep telling, i waited. After 2 month i get really pissed off, but they kept telling me the same storry - "telme revolution is going to end next month"... I was stuck with 5000 USD and all the prevoiusly sold SIM CARDS stopped working - you can imagine how many people were MAD at me and telme, but they didnt care.

After 6 months they had changed the webdesign and informed me that TELME REVOLUTION is over and... NRGs will not be avaiable !!!!! I got really angry but i couldnt do nothing, they told me t use that balance on their new product - Telme Airgate - which is a router with wifi and voip gateway for 1000 USD - THIS IS INSANE i told them, but they stopped answering my emails! and their support phone doesnt work!

I keep sending them emails and tickets but they obviously have SCAMMED me, and i was stucked with my 5000 USD till previous week.... Because.... TELME HAS RESET MY BALANCE!!!! And so i didnt get nothing and was SCREWED by TELME for pure 5000 USD and all my previous purchases which where worth at least another 5000 USD!!!

If anyone can help me with getting back my money from singapore then please HELP!
