After 5-1/2 years, this nightmare is finally OVER...although good old Roger hasn't paid a dime...but then, why would I ever have expected him to honor his word? I'm just greatful to those wonderful people (names withheld to protect their integrity) who made it possible! Yes, Virginia there ARE honest, reliable and competent people out there! As for the individuals who put this into motion...see main story...my only wish is for the universe to bestow upon them EVERYTHING they so richly and justly deserve...in abundance! Here's to justice for you all!

The following is posted pursuant to terms of settlement in the Sacramento Superior Court Case No. 03AS02105: "Teri Beattie disputes the factual basis for this report, denies she was the employer of Roger L. Williams and Charles W. Edwards, and further denies she misrepresented the scope of her responsibility and qualifications with respect to the remodeling of the property.
