Terrie Monchak commits dishonest and fradulent auctions in Sayre Pennsylvania
This man created an auction on eBay for a GT DHi. I was not prepared to buy the bike by the auctions end, and since there was no winner, I decided to buy the bike about a week after the end of the auction.
Upon arrival of the bike, I learned that the bike was not a GT DHi, but rather a GT Lobo. I have repeatedly asked for a full refund, however Mr. Monchak has denied, and repeatedly told me to just resell it.
I plan on taking this case to wherever it needs to go in order for my money to be returned.

nick knew what he was buying,his father found out he bought it with money for college and wanted me to give his money back.that came from one of nicks friends who called to tell me what a scum bag i was for stealing his college money!and that he was coming to my house to beat me up! nicks father even went as far as to call the local police.they heard what happend and told nicks father thier was nothing they could do sorry! as for it being terrie monchak its her name on the e-bay account.i dave covey am the one who sold the bike not terrie so please remove her name and place mine thier as "SHE"had nothing to do with it.
