While Texas Career Solutions did meet the obligations of their contract the delivered service didn't come near meeting the expectations of the verbal promises during the sales cycle.
When they do send out an email, promoting you, well it doesn't really do that. The personal email from company president Kent Miller is a one-paragraph, one sentence email about the candidate and the rest selling Texas Career Solutions as an out-sourcing company with No Fees.
Kent states that he has the inside scoop as for jobs not on any career sites. The distribution to their network is almost non existent. I didn't get any feedback from the distribution and as I only saw just a few that he bcc'd me.
Once Texas Career Solutions has your money, you almost don't exsist any longer. Kent will call and get your hopes up about a position, then he will tell you he had no replies.
If you are looking for career help, look elsewhere and save your money.
