On May 20, 2016, I purchased a vehicle 2011 Mercedes Benz S 550 from Texas Direct Auto {TDA} located at 12057 Southwest Freeway, Stafford, Texas 77477. Before I picked up the vehicle, I asked the sales representative Eli about the condition of the vehicle since the vehicle was transported from TDA store in Dallas, Texas. Eli told me that all vehicles sales by TDA were 100% fully inspected and went through mechanical inspections before posted the vehicles for sales. This particular vehicle has 30 days’ warranty on it. The vehicle was picked up around late in the evening. Upon driving the vehicle home, I notice there was major vibration coming from the wheels while traveling the speed of 65 miles an

hour. In addition, the suspension was hitting under the vehicle when he grooves a bump. I contacted my sales representative Eli ULN in which he advised to bring the car back on Monday May 27, 2016 for Texas Direct Auto Care would conduct diagnosis to locate the problems. On May 27, 2016, the vehicle was returned to TDA Care per instruction on sales representative. Jason Anderson was my service manager. I informed him with aforementioned problems and he noted the problems in the note pad. On June 02, 2016, I received a telephonic call from Jason that the vehicle was ready for pick up. Upon arrival at the service station, Jason informed me that the mechanics founded push strut bushings torn,

play in ball joints and previously installed control arm bushing installed incorrectly “bushing not preloaded”. Jason stated that mechanics had made necessary corrections and he test drove the car. {See attached receipt from TDA). I picked up the vehicle and on my way home, I experience the same problem that I brought the vehicle to the TDA on May 27, 2016. I immediately contacted Jason to inform him of my findings. He wanted me to returns the vehicle back to the TDA. Due to my busy schedule, I informed Jason that I will returns the vehicle when I returns from my business trip. On June 06, 2016, I decided to take the vehicle to Mercedes-Benz of Houston North located at 17510 I-45 North Houston, Texas 77090

due to unsatisfactory results that I experiences with TDA mechanic in my previous vehicle. I decided to have second opinion from other mechanics within the 30 days’ warranty that posted on the vehicle. I took the vehicle to Mercedes Benz Houston North for post purchase inspection in which that I paid $327.66 US dollars for that inspection. Mercedes-Benz Houston North discovered Transmission mounts collapsed, transmission fluid overdue and, engine mount collapsed. On June 08, 2016, I returned the vehicle back to TDA for correction. Jason Anderson returned the vehicle back to the mechanic to properly corrected the transmission mounts. However, the vibrations coming from the vehicles front wheels

were not address. {See attached receipt from TDA dated 06/08/2016}. Within June and July 2016, I returned the vehicle back to TDA care complaining about the vibration coming from underneath of the vehicle. Both times, the vehicle was returned without correction. TDA mechanic indicated that the vehicle has no tires in which they operated with vibrations. If I changed the tires, the vehicle vibration will cease. On July 25, 2016, I requested Mercedes Benz to re-diagnosed the vehicle again. The result of diagnosis revealed that the all vehicle wheels/rims were damaged and needs repairs or replaced. The service diagnosis was $399.00 US dollars. To repair all the wheels would cost $660.00 US dollars plus

$220.00 alignment. The repair was conducted by Mercedes Benz and the vehicle is running perfectly as of that date. Be advised my previous experience with TDA care mechanics were fully negative when they service my BMW. The vehicle was at TDA service shop than I had have driven it. On July 28, 2016, I contacted the service manager to discuss the situation and requested for reimbursement of charges that I paid for Mercedes Benz to repair the wheels. The service manager never returns my call. On August 05, 2016, I traveled to TDA to speak to the service manager Mick. After lengthy of conversation with resolution, Mick, the service manager informed me that their office has no responsibility for

poorly service of their mechanics and I just have to continue bringing the vehicle back to TDA until its fixed. Mick further stated that I need to talk to sales manager for reimbursement because they are in charge of referring the service to him. On August 09, 2016, I traveled to TDA to talk to Ron Sandrock, the sales manager. The result and unprofessional behavior was beyond comprehension. The meeting lasted 5 minutes with negative reaction. He stated that there was nothing he could do to resolve the problems. Both managers were cohesive unprofessional dealing with customers with issues that should have been resolve earlier if the customer vehicle were fixed properly. Finally, I am asking forreimbursement of the amount $800.00 that I paid to repair the vehicle at other certified mechanics.
