The Arts Apartments Sewage water everywhere and they won’t fix it. North Richland Hills TX
Do not move here. We just got new management and nobody has any clue how to run this place. They have one worker in the office when they used to have multiple. She has no clue what she’s doing. I have had sewage water in my apartment for 3 days in a row now and no one seems to care.
Faye, the office lady refuses to call her boss. I even got the police involved because I don’t know what to do. There’s disgusting sewage water all over the floor. I can’t use the shower or use the bathroom. They said they fixed the clog or leak or whatever but here I am at 2 in the morning writing this review with sewage water running into my bathroom, kitchen, and closet, for the 3rd consecutive day.
Ridiculous communication. Please do not move here. They do not care about your safety or your health. They won’t even communicate with me. They are understaffed and unhelpful. If you enjoy sh*t water then this is the place for you.
