Unfortunately i dont have a lot of control as to what is paid and not paid by your warranty company. But I do have control as to how you were treated. In no way was it intentional. I will do the same for you as i do for all our clients by doing what ever it takes to earn your business back. if it means refunding the 59.00 i actually charged you for the service.
