The Car Connection Service Department Mistreated, Ripped Off, & They didn't do anything to the car .....

First I dropped off my car for a warranty issue on the Window(the track broke). I would have done it myself but the parts were like $500(I work at a different shop). Kevin(the service manager) treated me like I was a moron 2 year old who doesn't understand english. Then took my keys and said he would call me back in about 2 hours with the information on the parts, if warranty would cover it, etc..

8 hours later he still hasn't called and this our only car. So I call him and ask what's going on. Once again he was condescending and rude to me and told me the car was undriveable because the door was all ripped apart.(I took the door panel off and anything else in the way before I took it to them).

So I borrow a car from a friend for the night. Next Afternoon we drive out there to see how its going. He claims the parts he ordered were wrong and now the new parts are on order and it will be done later that night, He'll give us a call. The funny thing was the car was exactly how it was when I dropped if off, so much for being undriveable. He also stated that he called my work and left a message, I called my work and guess what?? NO MESSAGE. He also never called back that night.

Third day I call in the morning, once again rude and basically an a@@hole, and then hangs up on me! So I drive out there to see whats up. Guess What?? Still exactly the same. He says the parts will be there in about an hour and He will call me when they get there. Once again no call. So my wife calls at 5:00 p.m. The parts are ordered but will take another 5 days to get here.

Now I cannot keep my friends car that long. So they say it's all put back togather except the window still hangs out and is still messed. AND they procede to tell her that we owe them $88.05 for labor when it still HAS HAD NOTHING DONE TO IT!!!!!, and we can't even get it for another Day! The craziest thing is it takes maybe 5 minutes to put the panel back on!(and thats if you are stupid and have no dexterity).

I feel that i should owe nothing when 1. He has repeatedly lied to me about calling (5 times total). 2. Treated me like an Ignorant fool that should not be allowed into public. 3. Lied about the parts considering I also work at a shop. I can get the parts fairly cheaply and through the same location as they do. 4. Charged me to do nothing at all!!!

Unfortunately i dont have a lot of control as to what is paid and not paid by your warranty company. But I do have control as to how you were treated. In no way was it intentional. We at Kevin Day Mitsubishi strive to take care our clients with respect and honesty. I will do the same for you as i do for all our clients by doing what ever it takes to earn your business back. if it means refunding the 59.00 i actually charged you for the service.
