I agree that the fees were too high. The DAC would charge as much as the customer would be willing to pay. I saw some charged 6000 for the same service that others paid 2800 for, and it was like pulling teeth to give money back even if The DAC knew they couldn't help. I heard that 3 of the first employees quit within 4 months of the Company opening, one of which was an Owner/Partner with claims of wrong doing/illegal practices. I also know that one of their lead sources in Florida (Real Estate Agent) He sold people houses in the past and when they couldn't make the payments he was referring them to the DAC and getting a referral fee for doing so. Some of these folks were Latin and couldn't speak English so this individual even interpretted the process between the DAC and customer. Can you say conflict of interest?
