The Dump In Hampton, Virginia Did not abide by contract in regards to witholding money taking out of paycheck for the three months (defencies) Hampton Virginia
When I started to work for the dump as a sales assoicate in november of 2008 I signed a document stating that I will not have any defencies(money) taking out of my paycheck for the first three months, when I receiveved my first paycheck it was taking out and countinue being taking out for the three months when I when to Payroll, I was told that I could not get the money back that was taking out because that I change the policy after me signing the agreement in November of 2008 when I ask for a copy of the orginal agreement It suddenly was not in my file or in the file at our mother store which is Haynes. We were told to signed another agreement form indicating the new policy, If we did not sign the new agreement we will be terminated. Payroll indicated that If i need to get the approval from the President of haynes which he is Call EJ to get my money I approached him he said that threre was nothing that he do, or look for another job. I quess my question is what can I do to get my money back for that three months that was taking out. They have done this with other employees that I have worked there as well, and have lefted because of it. Please advise
