I ordered a pair of nice Ecco shoes for $99 plus shipping. After 3 weeks I recieved a pair of very cheaply made shoes of a brand I had never heard of. I guess worth maybe $20. I contacted the company by email and they would not refund or exchange. They wanted only to offer me a small discount on my next order. After several exchanges they offered a slightly higher discount and blamed everything on the delivery company for sending the wrong shoe. It became apparent that they had no intention of correcting the problem.
