I am so grateful to Rip-Off Report. I got nowhere with this company until I filed this report. I was never allowed to speak to May, to whom I was referred in The Grant Mentor's rebuttal, and I logged another hour on my cell phone via explaining, re-explaining, holding, and 5 dropped calls on their end. Thanks, Rip-Off Report. You're the best. I am so glad there is someone fighting for us regular folks. I am CERTAIN I would have gotten no where without you. Gayle
